hello, I received 48 letters... I am missing 4 which are q, o, c, y... the package when I received was open, and the bog of amazon was also open... ?

My granddaughter loves to play this game so I called Amazon and all they will do is replace the game you received. They sent me a new game and I was to return the old one. I kept both so that we had plenty of letters. Of course, I had to pay for the 2nd one. I’m not sure that the person/company that makes this game knows the English language. It seems they are always missing letters. Either send it back or order another one. It really is a great learning game!

My letter board was missing letters a ,f , q . is there a way to get the letters ?

Not that Amazon could help me with. They sent a new o e and I was to send the original back.

I love these sets. My 3 year love using the fingers to count. This is perfect to help your little one learn how to add and subtract. I wish the words were more basic like cat, hat, dog, frog, stop, go etc my little one got confused with some of the pictures and words. One was a picture of a thin man, my 3 year said boy but the word was thin.
