These are the ONLY treatment (along with two others of this brand) that have cured my child’s eczema. She spent a week in a children’s hospital last summer then we were lucky enough to find a natural doctor who prescribed these and they worked within two weeks!

I am 32 and I had horrible acne for years. I think it started around 20. This has been the only thing that clears it up!

I don't dislike it because it certainly didn't make acne worse, but I'm just not sure it did much. I have to take it every other day because it causes indigestion for me (which is apparently unusual) and it does seem to help large zits heal quicker. I still get plenty of hormonal acne (although it has improved) so I really can't say this deserves any more than 3 stars, but I do take it less frequently than my dermatologist suggested, so that probably has something to do with why I haven't seen greater results.

Only thing that actually works for my acne

My dermatologist suggested I try this when I wanted to go off spironolactone. It's been about a month and I'm waiting for my second bottle. So far, none of my hormonal cystic acne has returned. My skin isn't completely perfect, and I am using tretinoin at the same time, but this is a total improvement over the last time I had any hormonal acne issues. It also seems to have helped regulate my digestion, which is probably a side effect of the elm. I take it twice a day with some tea or a little water.
