Licorice root powder-hard to use.
Not much information on HOW to use it. Figured it out after a few wasted formulations. Thanks goodness for Google

nasty nasty - did i say NASTY/update for good customer service
today is 11/14/23 - i am updating my review and added 2 more stars - BECAUSE of good customer service.. which is rare in this day and age. seller emailed me and offered a refund. i was just gonna chalk it up as a loss. normally trying to do a return is a huge hassle. for me the stuff was still nasty. i won't lie about that - even for a refund and good customer service.. we all have different taste. so it could be worth your time to try the product. not even sure this is real licorice root. but can not say that for sure... but what i received was stinky and tasted horrid.. it did not blend well in my tea. just sorta clumped together in nasty little balls...
