Absolutely horrible quality! Had them professionally installed and wheels aligned. The bushings were completely worn out in less than 3 an 1/2 months. Contacted customer service 3-4 times. No response at all. End up costing my over $1000 in damages and they wouldn't even respond to offer replacement bushings. Horrible product and horrible company.

Good replacement for lifted trucks. 2nd set of these. The new ones are redesigned and give more clearance between the control arm and spring

The arms themself seem to be decent quality, the will rub on factory 20” wheels, and the bushing quality is very poor. I have had mine for 6 months and put less them 6000 miles on them, greased them every 1000 miles and they are already wore slap out! I have tried to get ahold of KSP to see if I could get replacement bushings and I couldn’t even get an answer on the phone or an email back. Tl:DR bushing wore out fast, rubs on wheels and you can’t get ahold of KSP

I ordered upper control arms for a 2011 gmc Sierra four wheel drive truck the ball joint received wrong ones KSP did everything to make this right thank you

The installation took approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, with a difficulty level of about 3 out of 10. I recommend applying blue Loctite on the grease fittings to help prevent them from backing out due to road vibrations. For lubrication, I suggest using Lucas Red ‘N’ Tacky grease on the bushings and ball joints. I’ll check back in six months with an update on how everything is holding up.

**STOP DONT BUY*** First set I ordered stud snapped off the ball joint and before ever reaching torque. I contacted the company and they were no help. I ordered a second set and returned the defective ones and got them installed at a truck shop. got the alignment done after. 6 months later it didn't feel right while driving I dropped the truck off at the shop had them check tire balance and and alignment and the shop told me it wasn't possible because my ball joints were bad. I've been back and forth with KSP which is very painful they take days to respond at times. needles to say they don't want to refund me or send me a replacement part. they see the refund on my first set and say they did already.
