If you enjoy the Persian style chicken this is a very easy way to replicate your favorite restaurant. I mix chicken cubes in Greek yogurt and this spice, marinade for a few hours or best 24 hours and then grill or fry.

Bought the chicken and shish kebab seasoning in the plastic bottles. Unfortunately, though the seasoning is good, the plastic bottles leave an odor and taste of plastic. The reason this is getting one star is because of the cheap bottles. Bought the same seasonings in the smaller size bags and did not have any issues. If you get these seasonings get them in the bags so you don’t run the risk of the plastic bottles ruining it.

Now that we don’t live in CA I can only buy online. Wish it wasn’t as expensive but it is what it used to be. This seasoning is delicious on chicken tenders with a little olive oil. Then marinate for at least 4 hours then bbq. Tummy with rice.

It makes your chicken pieces and or chicken legs taste just like chicken kababs in a persian restaurant. Just add a very little amount of salt. All you need is a bit of salt and this seasoning.
