Worth it
Very good product. It could use some sealing to prevent rust but otherwise a great product

Great for price
Took a vacation and had it jam packed and it stood the test. It’s quiet on the road. Price range is good for how big it is. Only issue I had is that the clip for the front noise fin wasn’t the right size so I made it work with what I got, that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars.

Perfect size for Midsize SUV
Gifted this to my husband for father’s day and he couldn’t wait to install it. He said it was easy to install and very sturdy. He was very happy with how it looked but we haven’t tried putting stuff on top yet since it was just installed and our camping is on July. Will try and see how it holds up after we come back from camping.

Okay for price
Three stars because it’s affordable! But don’t purchase it expecting to have a good quality rack because this is definitely not it. It’s durability. I would put on a 1 to 10 scale and it’s powder coating. I would put on a 2 to 10. Its value is probably a seven out of 10. But for the general purpose of this rack, if you’re buying one of these, maybe it’s worth it to get a better built brand!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Product was sturdy, but was not exactly what I was looking for. However, I am rating them so high, because when I decided I did not want the product, their (OneBigOutlet) customer service outstanding. I called them and they walked me through the return process and ensured my every need was met without hassle. I will never hesitate to order through OneBigOutlet for any product due to the positive customer experience I had.
