Are these lights reusable if I take them down and if I do take them down does the adhesive still work?

wouldn't be as sticky but probably would still work. If not purchase multi spray adhesive in craft store like Michael's or hobby lobby

Maybe try turn the plug around. I plugged mine in backwards at first
