Ordered this set for my son for Christmas. When he opened it, one of the helicopter blades was broken off and unrepairable. I contacted customer service to see if I could just get a replacement copter, which they were unable to do due to the way their products are shipped, but they immediately offered me either a refund or a full replacement set if I sent the old set back (free shipping), the latter of which I opted for. I received the replacement set very quickly and everything was in order and individually bubble wrapped. Very happy with their friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service and would order from this company again. It’s a fun set for a kid - there is a handle on the helicopter so you can use it as a carrying case for all of the other elements, which I found clever. And the copter is surprisingly large, definitely has that wow factor for a kid. Probably wouldn’t purchase for a kid prone to being overly rough with their toys (or a very young child), because everything is a light plastic - although the helicopter has more heft. A good choice for imaginative play and good value for what you get. *Check the helicopter before you gift this since it seems the blades are prone to breaking in transit - it’s really easy to get a replacement set!

My son loves it so much!

This helicopter is big, but not too big. My 4 year old grandson asked for a helicopter for his birthday and this exceeded his wishes. He loves the military men, car, boat and motorcycle that come with the set. There is a “trunk” and some tiny “weapons” which I hate because they end up all over the floor and the lid to the trunk is a separate piece, not the type of lid you can prop open. So he keeps losing the lid. There is a “sling” attachment to the helicopter where the rope can be pulled down and it automatically retracts. That didn’t last 2 weeks, broken already, but he loved it while it worked. I assume he was too rough with it. So all in all I give it 5 stars because of the larger items and the sounds it makes.

The first order arrived with a broken helicopter rotor. I ordered a replacement which came the next day; the second had a broken rotor as well. After several confusing communications with the company via phone and email trying to find a way to get one better wrapped I finally chanced it and ordered it once again. The third arrived intact. The wrapping was inadequate every time so I suspect that there is always a chance something will arrive broken or damaged. It is a good price for so many objects in the set. They are not stellar quality and I'm sure they will break eventually but hopefully they will last long enough to give our grandson joy. I searched unsuccessfully for some time for a Chinook helicopter for him and was delighted when I finally found this set.

This set was much bigger than I expected. It was a perfect gift for my 6 year old nephew.

This is a great set for any child that loves playing army. There are many cool features, lights, sounds and moving parts. My son loved playing with it! Durable plastic material and the little men are pretty durable. It came assembled and easy to use.

We were very happy how the set looked when opened until we looked closer. Multiple pieces broke. Handle on top, back of jeep and steering wheel. After looking at closer we felt the quality wasn’t good for the price. Cheaply made.

I should have looked closer at reviews. That is on me. Its extremely cheap material and noteably low quality. The opposite of durable. It is large and comes with a lot of pieces and my 4 year old will probably not notice or care (unless it breaks...) but my husband and I both are very disappointed, especially for the price. I got it on sale for $42. It was originally $60!!! Do NOT pay $60 for this junk. Its literally dollar store quality.
