How is this one different from ilnp mega (s)?

Hi! MEGA uses a combination of a few different holographic particle sizes whereas MEGA S uses a single, slightly larger size. MEGA L strictly uses a smaller size. The smaller the particle, the more smooth the linear rainbow will appear in the sun, the larger the particle, the brighter the holo will "pop" however, the linear rainbow becomes a bit more scattered appearing. MEGA X for instance is all over-sized particles which will display tons of vividly scattered rainbow sparkle, but there's no linear rainbow. To clarify, when I'm referring to a "linear rainbow" I'm talking about the rainbow that appears on the nails that looks kind of like a flame. Hope this helps :)

what the difference between champagne blush rose gold and Juliette rose gold?

The difference is the finish. Juliette is more metallic with ultra-thin metallic flakes (not glitter) and Champagne Blush has more of a classic finish.
