is this good total for constipation ?

It is a gentle, slow fix for long term constipation such as that caused by long term use of pain killers like Tramadol or Hydrocodone. Works well for me.

I have received the benefiber i ordered. i received a bottle with 190 servings and not 208 as the product shows. will a billling adjustment be made?

This also happened to me once.... The seller did NOTHING, make note of the seller and do not buy from them again.

What is the expired date? If order today

The one I received had an expiration date of over a year left. Amazon used Sams to fulfil the order. One I purchased at Target on line April 2020 had already expired but they gave me a credit for it.

What is expired date? If order today?

The bottle that I just opened last week has an expiration date of September 2023. I hope that this helped you.
