Can this be paired with the home link buttons that are stock in the vehicle to make them act as auxiliary switches?

Not really, no, those buttons have functions even if not programmed. You could possibly use other existing dash switches but not without a LOT of hassle, which rather defeats the purpose of this item.

Is there a spot on the Switch or relay connector where I can use a key-on lead to avoid the lights coming on withot the key turned?

Depends on your vehicle, but it should be possible.

Dumb question, if i have one of the leads going to back of my mower, can i hook up two led lights to that one lead?
