Healthy, great tasting oat alternative that we consume regularly as either hot cereal or as homemade muesli.

Good and healthy
I use these Rye flakes. along with old-fashioned oatmeal (they look about the same) in a basic Muesli mix that I got when I was in Germany. The recipe uses both these cereals, sliced almonds, and raisins (I use craisins) I've bought these rye flakes several times.
