I bought this because I believe I may have pcos, I take 3 scoops twice a day (the scoop is absolutely tiny so this is no trouble) in a hot drink to reach around the recommended dose of 4g of myo-inositol a day. I used to take ovasitol but I heard the d-chiro inositol isn’t necessary to receive the benefits and it works out much cheaper to buy this and I don’t have to import it! This also tastes nicer, well it barely tastes of anything at all, just slightly sweet. Good quality packaging and good value for money, feel like this tub will last me a while

Update- I finally got back my period! Even contraception pills didn't help and few weeks taking inositol and it's working and it doesn't hurt my liver either.. can't be thankfuk enugh ☺️ I bought it help with my pcos, only take it for the 2nd week, so can't tell how it will help with that. But what I can tell it is something that I can take without problem. It dissolves straight away, juice, milk or water - doesn't matter, and doesn't leave any taste. No struggle to swallow, I wish every vitamin/supplement would be this easy to take. The price is really reasonable too. I definitely can say that it helps with my appetite, I don't feel cravings for sugary or fatty foods since I added this to my meals. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in the edge of diabetes/insulin resistance/pcos or anything else- read a litlle bit about inositol and what it can help with, this product is something you should try ( especially those who hate tablets or nasty tasting suppliments)

This product was good, my recent order came and smelled of chemicals, the taste was really off and strange I can’t put my finger on it, almost like burnt plastic. Wont dare order this brand again sadly. UPDATE 20/02/2024 I have to update my earlier review to say that the seller actually reached out to me after seeing my initial review to explain the smell I’d noticed, which is from the heat seal when sealing the tubs. The customer support was excellent. I have used this product several times now and the response from the team means I will continue using this brand. I use this product for female hormone balance. I am a NHS certified Nutritonist based in the UK.

I've had three orders of this product. Unfortunately, I have had to return the last order as it smelt very strange, almost like a strong petroleum smell. I'm really upset about this as I have never had periods that have a regular cycle even whilst taking the pill until I started using this. I can't tell you how happy I was that it was working. I'm reluctant to order again and am now searching for another brand. I HAVE JUST RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE POT THAT SMELT AWFUL, WHICH WAS VERY KIND OF THE SUPPLIER. THIS ONE SMELLS NORMAL (LIKE ALL OF MY PREVIOUS POTS). I'M VERY HAPPY AS I WAS CONCERNED THAT I WOULDN'T FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT THAT WORKS AS WELL AT CONTROLLING MY PROBLEMS.

Dissolves well and quick, lasts a while

I had to leave a review on this because I feel it would help someone else, I suffer from Cysts on my ovaries. My periods were irregular and I had about 6 weeks between each period. My skin was awful, my moods and hormones were even worse. I felt down everyday. My periods were heavy and painful and would wipe me out. I researched this product and was reluctant as I have never even been on the pill. I prefer to just leave things natural. However I kept coming back to this product so took the plunge. Best thing I ever did. I have been taking for 2 months. My periods regulated themselves and are now 28 days apart. The main thing I have noticed is my moods, I feel great and have a much more positive outlook, I’m not getting irritated and I’m sleeping 100% better. My skin has definitely improved. I’ve also found that I’m graving sweet snacks a lot less. The product itself comes in a small little tub with a tiny cute little spoon. easy to take. If you’ve been considering this, I would say go for it! :) hope this helps someone

I have used this for two years now and have had a problem once before with it smelling weird like a burnt smell. I got sent out another one promtly which was great! But this one i have ordered smells again :-( UPDATE : They got back to me and sent out a new one, unfortunately it was the same and smelt like chemicals. I got back in touch and they said they have new packaging due to having problems with the tubs so they have pouches now. So i thought great , surely this would be fine. But asoon as i opened the pouch it smelt of pure chemicals again. I emailed to let them know it still smells in new packaging and not heard anything. So ive had to bin it all and go with a different brand. I think really i should of been offered a refund….

Smells rather odd and strong compared to previous purchases from other companies also missing d-chiro but I knew that when I purchased. If you don’t mind strong chemical smell seems ok for price

I don’t have issues with my menstrual cycle being irregular, but I am always moody and fatigued throughout my workouts because of my PCOS. I bought this product to regulate my insulin level, because I haven’t seen much weight loss from all my workouts. And I still don’t see much improvements in my weight loss yet, but it has definitely increased my energy levels and mood.
