Warranty is a complete scam!
I bought a charger made by this brand from apple.com a few years ago and it lasted me a good while, so I decided to buy one again. This one stopped working after not even 4 months. I went through the process of getting a replacement through product support aka zagg.com. Everything seemed to be going smooth and I actually thought for a second I might be getting a free replacement for my defective charger, but that’s when I got to the checkout and saw the $10 shipping fee. First of all, I shouldn’t have to pay anything considering this is a defective product and they should eat the cost of replacing it and secondly, shipping a charging wire costs a maximum of $5. I might as well just buy another one, but definitely not one from Mophie ever again.

Mine wore out quickly. Less than a week.
I used the product for about a week then it started tripping out. Basically glitching. It made my phone hot then it started only working at an angle. Mophie is a great brand but this one just wasent it.
