Bend and broken
I appreciate this product and I am overall happy with it. Unfortunately, the head was bent at the neck and it did not lay flat. I'm disappointed that they decided to send me this obviously damaged item. In addition, the zipper on the bag was broken and is almost impossible to open. I like this product. My only complaint is that the items were clearly and obviously damaged. The shipping box was in perfect condition.
