I love this little brewer so much I bought another for my second home. My partner loves coffee and drinks a full pot (much to weak for my liking) every day. I love one strong large mug every morning and this brews it perfectly. And the price is reasonable as well. Great product.

I initially loved this product. It stopped working after five months of use. It claims to have a one-year warranty. I performed the troubleshooting tips. After they didn’t work, I contacted customer support. The AI agent didn’t recognize the model number and claimed it would forward me to a human with an estimated two-minute wait time. After ten minutes hanging in the lurch, keeping my phone lit to ensure I’d catch the CS agent, I asked if someone would assist. No response from the AI or human agent. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the lackluster customer service at all. What’s the use of a warranty if it isn’t honored?

This unit worked well for a morning coffee about once a week for a year and a half, then it just stopped. Button and light comes on, there's a click but the water doesn't heat, and it doesn't get passed through the grounds.Like I said, worked well for a while.

I got this little guy in, made a cup just using water. Only like 2 oz came out- checked the filter basket and the bottom hole was completely plugged. I used a screw, pushed lightly and it popped right out. After that, it works like a charm!

This is a great product for someone who loves classic coffee without all the extras. The flavor is strong it’s so easy to use. Just a hint though it does not turn off automatically so when you have enough coffee in your cup turn it off or it will keep going until it runs out do water. I am very happy with this product.

This coffee maker is just as good as the top notch brands. Let's not forget that is made from a reputable manufacturer who makes appliances like refrigerators. The design is sleek and modern. It works great and doesn't take up a lot of space. I love that its universal meaning that I can use the popular K-cups or my own coffee grounds via the provided filter. The price was great also.

There's only 1 coffee/hot tea drinker in the household. This is perfect! Easy to use and makes a good hot cup of coffee/tea.
