I'm Asian so have always had short and sparse lashes : ( Usually only use false eyelashes for special events, weddings, etc. I've asked friends & coworkers about their lash extensions but the process and maintenance wouldn't work for me. I wouldn't glue them on regularly because of the damage and stretching that pulling them off would be on my aging lids. Also chose not to use magnetic eyeliner because I wasn't sure of the safety of the ingredients in the eyeliner. Lo and behold I discovered these lashes on youtube. Who knew it could be so easy and fuss-free? The lashes are feathery, lightweight and hold up throughout the day even after exercising. Also love the practical magnetized case that holds the lashes in place for safe storage. They're 1/2 - 2/3 long - not full length lashes but I used to have to trim regular lashes shorter anyway so these are perfect for me. It did take @3-4 tries to get comfortable applying them but now they go on in seconds so don't get frustrated and quit. I don't use the applicator. Just use one finger to hold the top lash in place and a tweezer to match up the bottom ones. To remove, just wiggle and slide to detach the magnets, No muss, no fuss. No having to strip off glue or clean off eyeliner. Just apply after makeup Now, I can wear them anytime. Highly recommend for the instant 'lift' it creates on the face. Great invention! The product was well packaged, well presented, the design however, in my opinion was not well thought of, as the human eyelash line shape is not a straight line. The product is not flexible enough to fit the natural eye shape, even after “wiggling” like the instructions state; nor allows for resizing to accommodate small eyes. I do not agree with the product’s packaging statement “perfect solution for people of all ages and ethnicities”. The product does not perform well if the user has thinning or not enough eyelashes as it depends on the user eyelashes for placement. It was difficult to blend the natural lashes with the product, specifically in the center of the eye, it just does not look natural, even after “curling” the product like the instructions state. The product has good adhesion, removal can be challenging, even when following the instructions on the package because since the magnets are attached to the user’s eyelashes robbing them off with the fingers may cause natural eyelash loss. I personally will not be using this product. No doubt that practice makes perfect, but a good designed product should not require too much practice in order to work as intended.

Ideally, these lashes seemed like the perfect way to go. Not as much as I'd hoped for, though. After reading the reviews indicating they were not easy to put on (and I have tried many options out there), I thought I could tackle these, but they were tricky to put on just as everyone commented. The problem is they don't bend with the natural lash line and the magnets hold quickly so often they don't align well against the lid/lashline. However, I did try an alternative option by purchasing magnetic eyeliner and just using one lash strip on the top of the lashes and this seems to work fine. The lashes are pretty and lightweight, so that's a plus.

1. Most of the poor reviews are from new users and they just can get the hang of applying the lashes. Don't give up! After a few tries, you'll love the results and it will get easier and easier. I pop mine on in seconds now.2. The easiest way to put them on is to use your fingers, lay a row on the top of your lashes, manipulate it into the best place, and then place the bottom lash into place. You can also wiggle them left or right a bit, afte they're already on.3. Sometimes when you put them on they appear to be laying in a straight line acrosss the eyelid, but you can use your fingers to push them from underneath into more of a half-moon shape.4. You can also help them stay a half moon shape by putting them away properly. After you've put each lash back in the case, push gently up in the middle of each of the lash lines, until they all have a little arch to them. Storing this way helps you get that natural arc more easily when you put them on next time.5. These stay on best, and look most natural, if you have mascara on first. When I've tried putting them on without, they slide around more. The mascara should be completely dried. The lashes grip well and won't budge with the rougher surface of your own lashes. If your mascara isn't fully dry when you apply the lashes, it will stick and be hard to pull apart later. You may even lose a couple of your lash hairs getting it apart.6. To remove without mal-shaping the lashes, lightly hold the top and bottom of your whole lash line like a pinch, then rub your fingers together gently and slowly with the lashes between the fingers, and the magnets will separate easily from each other. Then pull off one lash line at a time. They need to detach from each other before you peel them off.Voila! Beautiful, non-fake looking eyelashes.Buuuuuut -I've been ordering these for years, and this batch is different. You can see that some of the lashes have too-long a filament, and it goes past the lash hairs. That frequently happens and I cut off the extra bit hanging off.This time it was hard to cut. I actually couldn't succeed, even with my extra sharp little scissors.The material holding the lashes seems to now be some kind of wispy fabric or thread, rather than the tiny wire they have always used.I strongly dislike this. First, I can't cut the extra bits off the sides, but now the whole lash piece is weak and flimsy. It doesn't hold its shape, and they're clearly misshapen in the case. After just one wear.The magnets are also shorter in length than they were before. You can tell, if you scroll through user review images. This product has been changed.I just started using this pack, but I don't have high hopes they will last or look right past a couple of wears.Please make these with the original material again! I'm hoping I don't have to change brands.I would edit this review to 5 stars if the maker changed back to the original design and material. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love these, they take getting used to applying but are really simple once you get the knack. However, the 2nd purchase I made of these was really not as good of quality. The magnets fell off more than half of them, and the lashes were weird and squirrely within a couple weeks. My first purchase lasted quite a long time. The 2nd... not. I'm trying them again because they do give a more natural look, really emphasizing that outter corner lift. Easy to remove, and easy to put on once you practice a few times. Crossing my fingers for a good batch... ! Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars..
