fresh but why the see through plastic bag?
The quality seems good and the taste is fresh. The reason for 4 stars is it is not in a solid brown bag, as they are light sensitive. As you may already know, they have to be ground up before consuming them to get all the benefits. You can keep them ground up in the fridge for two weeks before they start going rancid. The absorption and health benefits are increased when eaten with a milk product eg yogurt, kefir or quark.

As described and great for my diet
Bought these as I was advised to by my dietician. Come as full seeds so I have to blitz them down to break the shells but they came as described and at a much better price than at the supermarkets
