Haus Labs Gel Liner
Very black, very creamy. Not quite smudge proof it does have to set. Then you’re good. In the waterline it doesn’t last all day but on me nothing does. But on the lash line it’s got real staying power. Can also be used as a base for other colors to really make them pop. Just place on lid and quickly smudge out then place another color on top for amazing pizazz. Definitely like and would definitely repurchase and recommend.

Magnificent gel eyeliner
I have a hard time with eyeliner. I am prone to getting liquid eyeliner all over and most gel liners I've tried are difficult to get on smoothly and with the coverage I want. This, however, is almost like a combination of the two. It glides on smoothly without a lot of pressure and leaves a nice dark line, but if I move my hand oddly and miss, I don't end up with a giant blob on my eyelid that makes me have to remove my makeup and start over. However, I was really confused how to advance the eyeliner. It's plastic, so I assumed it would twist, but it turns out that you can sharpen plastic. There are a number of reviews complaining that you barely get any use out of it - my guess is they don't know it sharpens!

Great For A LOOK, Not for all night!
What eyeliner ISN'T waterproof these days? So, whatever. This one is odd though. One line on the HAND, side-by-side with Fenty Beauty---both are smudge/transfer proof. Fenty is stronger BUT Haus is creamier & thicker & better for creating a "look". Haus is faster to create that awesome line. I took Q-tips & rubbed across both with only a little transfer. Yeah!! BUT! BUT!! BUT!!! On my FACE, after hours of wear, Haus WILL smudge & transfer from my upper lid to my lower. RACCOON EYES! Not horribly, but it's there. I don't get it??? (And yes, I wear setting sprays/powders.)

It's sharpenable, not mechanical.
This works well for me, and I like all three colors I got.I've noticed a number of 1 Star reviews that all basically sum up as "I liked the eye liner, but I couldn't get more to come out, so I used it three times then threw it away."So, just reinforcing: This is NOT a mechanical eye liner pencil. The eyeliner does not screw up. There is nothing to twist to extend the eye liner. It is a sharpenable pencil. You need to sharpen it with a sharpener. Or a knife. See pictures. That is all, thank you.

Pigmented but smudges so badly
I love the matte crayons from Haus so when my urban decay liner needed to be replenished, I thought I'd try something new and go with Haus.I put this liner on in the morning before teaching a Zumba class and it smeared. I'm not saying I expect miracles BUT I didn't have this issue with my 24/7 liner so that's my bar for a good liner. I always wear sunblock, apply to my waterline and that's it. No setting powder or anything else. For the sweat test, this just didn't hold up.That's fine, I tried it for my day job. I'm a teacher. It's not a physically taxing agenda and I know I won't be sweating. It's casual wear only. Same thing, sunblock and apply to the waterline, no setting powder. After a couple of class periods, I head to the bathroom and bam...both eyes are smeared.I love that this eyeliner is super pigmented. I had zero issues getting color to drive across that waterline but it smudges every time I wear it. Love the color and I wanted to adore this Haus liner because like I said, the matte crayons are epic but I just can't. I've attached a picture of me 30 min after application before I teach Zumba.

One of the Best I Have Used!
I have used many black liners and this one is one of the best I have purchased. It does not irritate my eyes, it stays on even when I go swimming, and does not smudge. The longevity is awesome! Another thing that has impressed me, is that the sharpened liner does not dry out like other liners do. I will definitely purchase again and will try others items from her line of makeup. If you are on fence about buying (as I was) I would definitely recommend you give it a try!

.
Pencil does not twist to make it longer. The crayon itself is soft, so it got worn down quickly., and once the tip is worn down, you can’t extend the length. That’s it for your eye pencil! It’s not worth the money.,a one time thrill!!

Beautiful and easy to apply
This liner is very soft and easy to apply. Does not pull the eyelid. My only issue is because the product is soft, the pencil does not stay sharp very long. I feel like I waste a lot of product by having to sharpen it so much. Overall a great eye liner.
