I bought the 5lb. bag of the peeled garlic and was amazed not one bad or moldy clove of garlic. The package was vacuum sealed with 2 air dry packs. I certainly will order their product again.Thanks for an excellent product

No issues - freezer ready

Everything about this product is 5/5 except for the flavor, which is literally about an eighth of any other fresh garlic I've ever eaten. I suspect the nutrients are as diluted as the flavor but I hope not.

I use a ton of garlic when I cook. I just spay these with olive oil, add a bit of salt and airfry them for 7 mins to make roasted garlic. I keep them in a glass container for months.

I really love this garlic. I put it in quart jars in white vinegar in the fridge for a month. I take it out, drain it and kind of break it up with a meat mallet in a gallon bag. Then I put the garlic back in a clean quart jar and add pure unfiltered honey to cover the garlic. I let it set on the counter for 20 days,,,,burping it once or twice a day. Then after 20 days I put it in the fridge. Its ready to eat daily, and the honey garlic juice is so delicious, as well as the infused garlic. So healthy, and super food. This garlic is so easy to do this process with,,,and top quality. I will buy this again.

I got them in almost decent time, but when they arrived, the box was beat up, and I was expecting a plastic tub but got a bag, and they seemed to have been partially frozen, not fresh, but worked for what I was using it for.

Seems pricey, but not, we take the five pounds and put three, mom hands’ in a freezer zip lock, then we can put it in our garlic roaster, frozen, with a bit of olive oil and roast until browned, last for weeks in our fridge and we ordered last June223, and just reordered Mar 2024, happy
