Works better for sciatica than all my physio exercises!
I've got three of these now! Really helps with my sciatica / piriformis syndrome and I take one wherever I go. Like the fact that it comes ready inflated and I don't have to guess what degree of inflation is needed. Husband is also using one now following a recent back operation and it helps him take the load off his spine while keeping his back straight.

Sturdy, robust and fit for purpose

Great for Sensory Processing Difficulties
Bought for our son (5y) with SPD and it works a treat for his fidget bum when we need him to sit for a while. Lovely colour, sturdy and strong made, it was already inflated but even the pump is great fun for him to fidget with (under supervision) pumping and deflating it to keep him busy. Worth the money for the quality

Not the most comfortable cushion.
I bought this cushion as I now work from home and seem to spend more time sitting at my screens than I did when I was in the office so thought that I could do with something to help my posture and ease backache. In terms of helping with posture it works very well, it does make you sit up straight and corrects bad posture, it is also easy to inflate with the pump provided but the downside is the comfort aspect - both sides of the cushion are textured, one side more so than the other but after about an hour of using the cushion it becomes very uncomfortable, the raised bumps dig into your legs and bum and actually give me pins and needles down the back of my legs. I need to try it with a small towel to see if that makes a difference but the cushion would be much better if one side was smooth and one side was textured. But in terms of posture correction is works a treat.
