Easy to swollow... I ordered these as I was informed taking vitamin c zinc and vitamin d was a good way to improve immune system to help protect from covid...so I ordered the vit c and zinc together they do the job... It says on the back...each serving contains 1200mg vit c And 40mg Zinc.... A SERVING IS 2 caps...so I presume each cap is 600mg vit c and 20mg zinc
