I’ve been using this product for years along with Nioxin’s shampoo and cream rinse. It works as stated if you follow the directions. I have very fine and thinning hair. This product has and continues to help my hair fill in. I will never use another brand on my hair.

This product does exactly what it says! I have fine hair that is thinning! This product makes me look like I have a voluminous set of locks! Great product!

Provides good volume but also makes my hair feel dry. I will continue to use it but just for a lift at the roots.

Where has this product been all my life!? for my thin straight aging hair I now have body! it works so well! Followed the directions and then dried my hair. easy and now i don't have to use the combination of products that I have been using. That alone saves some money! I do not wash my hair daily and it works so well that when it is styled the next day, it comes out great! your hair stays soft and manageable.

I did and am I thrilled with the results. My long hair looks fuller, it is softer. And it holds a wave longer. As for the directions to spray the roots and style (as with a styling brush), I cannot do that on myself. So, I spray the roots, take my ionic hair dryer and put it on "cool" Hair dryer in one hand, using the other hand's fingers to lift the hair, I set about drying it, working the airflow down to the tips. I employ five big hot rollers to give my hair added wave and smoothness. You can also use an ionic hair brush/straightener. I wind my hair up into a bun at night; in the morning I take the bun down and VIOLA! Lovely locks!

Folks😊 after using this product now for a few weeks I have to say that it's OKAY but it's NOT as good as some of the reviews that I've been reading imo.. I was let down some... it helps a little bit to thicken and give a little volume... but that's it... and In my OPINION it's over exaggerated some on how much this helps thicken your hair.. NOW, 😐everybody's hair is DIFFERENT... But my hair has been thinning from Medicine and age when I once had VERY VERY thick hair... I was part of the '80s rock and roll scene I play drums and yes I had the HAIR... also I really took care of my hair and was given compliments on it... so I would say I know a little bit about hair ( well at least mine😉 ) and what I'm seeing from this product is Fair/ okay... Though I think you can get this amount of thickening from a Drug store brand... Anyway this is how it effected my hair... Maybe you'll get a better response from the product??... Would I buy again? This root lifter works better than anything else I have ever used. I have longer hair & this product helps hair style last several days.

I do not have thinning hair (yet), but I have very long, very fine, silky hair. Because of its texture, my hair can look thinner than it is and lack volume, and we all seem to want maximum volume today. I don't like to use a lot of products on my hair. My hairdresser uses a special shampoo and conditioner, and today I took her this thickening spray. She used it after the conditioner and before the blow dry and style, and I must say, I was really surprised at how full and thick my hair feels. Usually after shampooing and conditioning, my hair can feel a little limp, but still very silky, due to its fine texture, but today, after using the Nioxin Thickening Spray, it feels full and thick, and it seems to have lots of volume. It isn't sticky at all, and, it can be used on color treated hair (which mine is). So, this isn't just for those who are, sadly, losing hair or have thinning hair. It also works wonders on hair that's thick enough but is very fine. My hair seems a lot easier to style after using this spray as well as just feeling better. Highly recommended for those with thinning hair or those who, like me, have fine hair that needs a little boost to show itself off in the best light.

Best product for thinning hair for styling. This is not heavy or sticjy abnd dissappears when you blow dry, except it keeps your hair in place and looking really full.

The product is advertised to be unscented. It is scented, and for a person with scent allergies, this could be a problem. I tried it once and I do like the way it works and it leaves my hair shiny. After a couple of hours the scent seemed to dissipate so I may keep using this. Also, my cat was obsessed with smelling and rubbing herself on my hair because of the scent of this supposedly unscented product.
