Good item
I got these so I can have more energy at work. I work a very active job. They seem to do a decent job with the energy. I’ve tried most of the flavors in this packet and they are very good. I also think they have great portion sizes. And only 90 calories which is great. They are pretty sticky so I definitely don’t eat them with my hands.

packaging issue
Don’t know. What happened with ProBar but this is disappointing. Only 11 of 12. It was a better experience before they went to Amazon for their distribution 4/29/2026 Update: I reached out to the company via email and they responded me back immediately. They have been working to remedy the order and I appreciate them getting on it so quickly. My thoughts are that this was a one off issue and looking forward to ordering from them in the future.

Good value but sticky!
I've been a serious cyclist for many (many) years and have tried a lot of quick fuel/ nutrition options. I prefer gummies to gels, for the most part. I do like these gummies/ chews for variety, flavor and price. The only drawback is that the consistency is a little stickier than I would like. Cycling in the summer is warm and adding having these in a jersey pocket: they get quite sticky and hard to extricate from the bag.

Super sticky!
My trainer recommended I eat a packet of these midway through my workout (about 35-40 minutes in). The only issue is that these are so sticky really stick to each other, and then leave your hands sticky after touching them. It is really hard to eat them at the gym unless you wash your hands before and after eating them. Due to that, I changed my mid-workout snack to a hydration packet from Skratch Labs. Even though I don't really like powder packets in general, these are so much more convenient to sip on during my workout. If you do like these and want to keep them with you during a workout, I purchased a little fabric change purse on Etsy, then sewed a piece of elastic the circumference of my water bottle on the top of the change purse and the bottom so that I could quickly slip it on and off my water bottle. Worked like a charm.
