Easy to install & great features.
I purchased this product to lock & unlock my store door that has an exit device with a rim lock. Together with a HES 9400 (surface mount electric strike), this relay allowed me to implement exactly what I wanted. I now can lock/unlock my door using a remote or my phone. Installation was super easy and provides multiple options. Excellent product!

Quality and longevity.
This remotes for unlocking the doors even from 20 ft away is awesome. I bought it with the strike lock 3 years ago. I changed the battery just 3 months ago. So to speak the truth its a good quality and well performed product. I will recommend this product and the company

Ease of installation
I originally installed the previous model. This latest model is very easy to install and works great. The reception is as described in the information provided. The remote control is superior to it's previous model and transmits the lock and unlock signal at a greater distance. A negative point is the accidental activation if the remote is carried in the pocket. I broke myself of that habit by leaving the remote in a safe and secure location.

Works great, easy to set up the wifi. I did have to replace the power supply once already, Maybe it was just defective but so far working fine.
