This product works great!!! I suggest that you take it in the morning and have a cut off time with your liquids so you aren't up all night.

Couldn't really tell the difference in before and after consuming. Capsules trapped moisture and became solid and chunky. Had to throw out before finishing bottle

I’ve used these for a couple years now and I’ve really noticed a good improvement in my bloating. Menopause hasn’t been kind to me, but these have definitely helped. They’re mild and I didn’t have any side effects.
