Work well for bloat!
I’ve used these for a couple years now and I’ve really noticed a good improvement in my bloating. Menopause hasn’t been kind to me, but these have definitely helped. They’re mild and I didn’t have any side effects.

Lo probé durante varios días y mi opinión es bastante clara: sí funciona, pero no como muchos creen. Este producto ayuda a eliminar la retención de líquidos, por lo que te hace sentir menos hinchado y más “ligero”. En mi caso noté menos inflamación en el abdomen y la cara, pero es importante aclarar que NO es un quemador de grasa. El efecto es temporal. Si dejas de tomarlo, el cuerpo vuelve a su estado normal. También hace que vayas más al baño, así que es importante mantenerse bien hidratado. Lo recomendaría si buscas desinflamarte rápido (por ejemplo, para un evento), pero no si tu objetivo es bajar de peso de

These are awesome! I bought them because I had a bad weekend (Saturday-Sunday) where I overate and was super bloated. I had a cruise that was leaving on Thursday, I’m normally around 138lbs but after the weekend I was 142lbs (from water which is crazy) so I cut my calories down by about 300 a day and took these pills for 3 days. My weight Thursday morning was 135lbs. I didn’t have any side effects other than peeing a lot. 10/10 would recommend if your bloated.
