I was diagnosed with chronic ebv. I spent years testing for everything BUT ebv. Finally found a doctor who did the proper testing. I had to take my health into my own hands, as most doctors do not understand the devastation that ebv causes on our energy systems. I learned that ebv can hijack our cell's use of energy, i.e.; mitochondria. I suggest everyone look into this information. PQQ has been a part of what I have learned works on mitochondria and energy levels. It is now a MUST in my supplement stack. It is nice to exercise again and not "crash" afterward.

Best PQQ I have found. I have been taking it for several years--I always try different labels to see which 'feels' best. I seem to get the most energy from this brand. Im over 70 so I noticed energy gains or lacks right away. I take it with my CoQ10 of course, as that's when you get the best synergistic effect. I highly recommend.

Primarily if I did not get any sleep the night before going into work , and I had to dial in and focus , these maybe a significant difference enough to make me wanna take them again. Wasn't big but more pronounced when you first take them though , but it is enough to use in a arsenal of supplements to get you to where u need to be.

I became aware of PQQ as I learned more about mitochondrial support. After using this PQQ for 18 days along with some other new mitochondrial support supplements, I have experienced noticeable improvement during activities whereby my muscles would fatigue quickly. I am doing the same things but for much longer without the burn of muscle fatigue. I also seem to have gotten rid of that late afternoon tiredness that would nearly require a nap. So this PQQ gets a share of the credit for that improvement. What I wasn't expecting was to see a remarkable change in sleep. I had been stuck at 6 hours (with CPAP) no matter what. After taking the PQQ, 6 hours has turned into a full 8 hours and I feel like I've had a much deeper sleep. If you've ever experienced insomnia, use a CPAP, you know very well when something is working or something is changing. This is definitely a pleasant surprise. This PQQ should be a core supplement for folks of all (adult) ages. I wished I had found it sooner.
