My wife and I have been taking these Garden of Life Zinc 30mg supplements for a few weeks now with Magnesium and Vitamin D. This is a fantastic choice because as a combination all of the vitamins together our sleep, mind fog, migraines, muscle aches and energy has improved immensely! We have seen and felt a huge improvement and are very relieved to finally feel better! After eating dinner we take our vitamins and within less then 30 min we are ready for bed the absorption of these pills are impressive, they don’t have much of a taste as long as you swallow quick and the size of the pills don’t bother us at all we don’t have any issues with them getting stuck in her throat. They dissolve easily and are very effective. In the video I attached you can easily compare the sizes and high quality of the pills I don’t have any complaints at all and the ingredients are a big plus! Most importantly the wonderful value you get for the amount of pills is well worth the price! Sure do appreciate that as well.

I’m amazed really amazed had strep started taking this with natural oranges and L- lysin and in two days I felt better no more fever no more sore throat no more raspiness and of course I slept those two days with up and down trips to bathroom but this I love all natural goodness gracious great balls of fire

The Garden of Life is at first glance a very interesting product, I was convinced to purchase it because of the mix of Zinc, Vitamic C, probiotics, trace elements and enzymes. But I didn't noticed any major benefits from this supplement. This doesn't make this supplement bad, it's just that sometimes I don't notice effects from supplements since I already have a healthy diet. This supplement didn't helped boost my immunity, nor at least slightly improve my seasonal allergies. I had minor flu symptoms at some point, didn't make a difference. I did felt my nails somewhat stronger and didn't get white spots while taking this supplement. No noticeable results for skin, maybe some small ones for eye health (my eyes seemed to become tired later in the day). The raw veggie mineral blend sounds very good on paper, I like it was added in; can't have enough trace minerals. The probiotics and enzyme mix didn't impacted my digestive system. I've took probiotics before and usually I can tell by my bowel movements when they work. The capsules are easy to take. I can have them both with and without food in the morning, they don't upset my stomach or cause reflux. Regarding packaging, I like that it comes in a glass bottle (not plastic). What I didn't liked is that the bottle seal under the cap was about un-peeled (or the glue loosed grip during storage / shipping). But the cap was sealed on top with a plastic foil. I don't know if this issue was caused by the brand or Amazon (since it was the direct seller).

I've had this on auto monthly subscription since Covid and I can count on one hand how many times I've been sick in the last six years. I SWEAR by this and cleansing my sinuses nightly with salt water is what keeps me healthy. It's cheap, easy to swallow and effective! I will never stop! I've recommended this to so many people.

Bad delivery arrived broken with glass shards all over

It works really well. I don't feel cold all the time, my nails are way stronger, I feel stronger physically. I have adrenal fatigue, which is mostly gone with a good diet and a few supplements and this is one of them is going to be one of them for a long time.

the mode of transport of the products must be checked, since many items such as vitamins and supplements cannot be at high temperatures. All products arrived ok, sealed, with good expiration date and also fast! they only arrived too hot, which can interfere with the quality of the product, losing its effectiveness.

Zinc is important. I can't pretend I feel a major difference on this or that I have tested to see how much I'm absorbing or that I am deficient in zinc. However, men should probably consider supplementing with zinc from time to time (lost in emissions and important for testosterone levels) and this one seems good quality
