Over the past six years I’ve owned three Oxygenics Vortex shower heads. Each one is $80. I got tired of having to replace them due to the exact same internal component failure each time. My preferred shower head mode is the awesome high pressure mist feature found on the Vortex. Which is why I kept investing in a faulty product. It's that good.Got it two weeks ago. It installed in 60 seconds. No drips, scratches, or cosmetic issues. It looks simple but nice, and works perfectly. After a dozen showers now, I can firmly attest to the fact that I absolutely love it.As I continue to note, the pressure is high, like really high. The narrow massage feature is so intense I don't actually know if I can use it. Bruising may occur! Haha. You masochists out there will love it!Granted, pressure largely has to do with how your home's water system is set up. We happen to have good pressure, although I suspect that even if you don't, this thing will do the trick. I did take the water flow valve out - I should note. The pressure with it was good. The pressure without it is full on God mode.Happy showering!

yes, I know there are many positive reviews here -- that's why I bought this shower system initially when picking out kit for our new home remodel. My contractor claimed they followed the instructions and installed it correctly (they installed another shower faucet set without issue).Maybe mine came with a bad cartridge or valve, but when turning the water on and the diverter is off, water came out of the shower head. They tried to adjust it once but same situation.Eventually I just told them, "take that out and replace with this Moen Adler set" that I bought at a local hardware store.The Moen was $165-- but guess what? No water comes out of the shower head using Moen's valve and cartridge when the diverter is not engaged! Problem solved.This set wasn't exactly cheap at $114 -- but ultimately I judge a product on whether it functions as required.This one does not. Epic fail -- sometimes it is best to stick with name brands, esp. in plumbing where you'll rely on the hardware for years to come.

The tub spout was plastic and did not use. Had to spend $$ on another one. Why would you sell a plastic spout and everything else was metal and made well? It negated the whole package. I could not send back as contractor had already installed the shower system before realizythe spout was plastic. What attracted me the most with this shower set is the matte black color. It’s hard to find a nice matte black shower faucet set in store. I’ve tried searching all the typical brand stores and they barely have any options for matte black, when they do, they’re not as attractive as this. This was a heavy package because of its solid material. I was worried about buying these type of things online since I can’t see and feel it for myself prior to buying but I’m satisfied with the condition of this shower. The best part is that it comes with a valve, no need to purchase separately. This worked perfectly in my newly renovated bathroom. The shower head gives out high pressure water. Definitely worth the purchase.

We purchased this for our basement walk-in shower and it’s been great! I was worried that we’d want more shower heads but this one covers slot of space and also comes with the shower wand. I recommend this product!

We had our bathroom completely remodeled. Apparently this came with a 1/4” connection which our plumber had never seen before. I’m assuming this is why when we turn on the bathtub water comes from the shower head (see photo). Unfortunately we can’t switch the connector out without ripping the wall back open.

Nice set and a good deal but I should have looked into it more because it's definitely much more complicated than ones I've installed before. It uses a proprietary faucet and candle adapter that would have required me to cut a whole into my wall and completely redo plumbing in order for this to work. Sadly I waited too long to install this when I realized that and missed the return policy.

So affordable and looks expensive! Gives off the perfect amount of water and really tied together the look of my shower.

The bath spigot is 1/4".. Good luck finding a connector for that 😔 pretty aggravating. Haven't finished installing yet because of that.. Feel like I'm stuck*edit*... Finished installing.. Had to ditch the bath spigot and go copper.. Constant leak from the valve to the bath spout. This is a horrible knock-off... Spend an extra $40 and get something that works..Not happy..
