Don’t even bother buying it broke at first gear change we’re it bolts to bike

I attach it to the frame and put the chain back on, I get on and try to pedal and not even 2 seconds it gets stuck so i look back to find that my brand new derailleur (gear shifter) is now not attached to the bike and floating on my chain. One might assume that the bolt came out even though it was tightened on perfectly fine, but no the bolt and the part attaching it to the frame stayed on the frame but the derailleur just snapped off to my surprise.I have had bikes for years and have never seen this happen ever. I assume a defective product which looked fine no scratches or marks on it yet this happened, and as i read reviews now this happens a lot to others with this product which is crazy the seller is risking peoples lives with this crap.I contacted seller stating this is danger to peoples lives and spoke about the damage the item made to my frame and chain and who will pay for that as it was their bad item that caused the damage , I was told to have amazon deal with it what a joke and told to get refund but the refund doesn't cover the damage the item caused same way the item could have put my life in danger if i was going quickly on the road and it snapped of then i would have been killed by a car but the seller doesn't care. This item should not be sold as its just not strong enough its a joke this has happened to a few people know so the seller knows its not good enough to be sold.

Fitted this on my electric bike.Didn't seem to line up with the gears on installation, but once it was adjusted, it has worked perfectly, with no missed gears, very pleased

When it arrived, the scratches on the paintwork made it look like it had been kicked around the floor a few times. But as I was desperate for a derailleur as the old one had worn out, I decided to go with it. On fitting the back plate came away spring housing. I spent an hour trying to refit the spring and tension it, used up all my expletives in the process. Eventually got it sorted, it works OK, but wish I'd returned it.Update 18/09/2022: It’s in the bin!

The media could not be loaded. I had this item on my bike for about 10 days and it snapped. Really disappointed in the quality of it. Should last way longer than that
