Weak joints.
The wood isn't the best. And the joints arent strong. I hung mine in a tree about 15 feet up and the bats never found it. It finally fell down after 4 years of being up there. Looks like carpenter bee's liked it though. I cleaned it up and tried to reinforce it. Im gonna re hang it soon.

Bat House looking good....
Very well made, attractive and easy to place. Worth the money and now to see if there are any homeless bats out there looking around for a place to call home. It faces south about 20 feet or so high with ponds to the east and west and a tree line 30-50 feet behind it.

Pretty good bat house
Not a very good price for the one small chamber. But it's sturdy and built well.

Excellent Bat House!
This bat house is very sturdy and was great for the price. Description says it holds 25 bats. No one told our bats and as of now we have 51 residing in our bat house! I would highly recommend this house!

Thess Bat houses attract Bats and in return your Mosquito problem is eliminated !
I already have one Bat house placed on the right side of my chimney . It has been full of bats for the last two years and my Mosquito problem has been greatly reduced. So I will place this one on the left side of the chimney and hope that it fills up with a new colony of Bats. Very well made structure and worth the cost.

Great Chalet for our little brown bats
We're really liking the size of our bat chalet. We have it up 10 feet and it gets a lot of sun so the house is warm. The only question I have is, how do you know if anyone is home? I'm hoping they found it. Love the quality of the house.

Great quality and value
Seems really well made and the overall price was great. Once I get it painted and hang it hopefully we will have bats staying in it for years.

Bat boxes should not be black or they will get too hot, plus this one has a gable roof!
Not black, made from cedar, has a gable roof, cool bad image on it. 10/10.
