You can’t beat this French press!
You can’t beat an ESPRO French press. I have been through so many French presses and always come back to this one. It is the best quality design and makes the best coffee. The 32-ounce size is perfect for a morning on the patio for two people. It filters the coffee beautifully, keeps the coffee hot, and it is a well engineered and simple design. Highly recommend this French press. It is worth every penny!!!!

The double filters on this mean you don't need as good a grinder
I bought this along with a super high-quality grinder, and discovered that I kinda only needed one or the other. The mesh filters are fine enough on this that you can get away with a relatively crappy grinder. You can even use regular pre-ground coffee, and it'll come out okay. With a normal glass/single layer mesh press, using regular grounds will result in actual sludge in the bottom of your cup. With this unit, the Costco bulk ground coffee will leave some fines in your cup, but will work fine otherwise; the second layer of screening is good enough to keep the sludge at bay. If, on the other hand, you have a high quality, consistent grinder, you can buy a less expensive press and do fine. That said, pairing this with a good grinder makes absolutely *splendid* coffee. You don't necessarily need both, but I doubt you'll regret the purchase. The double filters can also help you calibrate your grinder; if the inner filter is getting many grounds on it, you probably want a slightly coarser grind. This unit is tall and skinny, and does better with a tall sink for cleaning. If you're trying to rinse it out upstairs in a standard bathroom sink, you should be able to do it, but it'll take a little maneuvering. The actual cleaning process is very easy, although you do have to clean two little baskets instead of one. It takes a wee bit longer than cleaning a standard press. The build quality seems good. Oh, one other note: because of the filter design, you end up with some coffee left in the bottom that you can't drink. You're using a more water than normal, so it takes more grounds than you're probably expecting. Further, French presses need more grounds for the same amount of coffee, because they're ground coarse and use a shorter brewing time. (normally 4 minutes.) I use six tablespoons of coffee per batch, and I get two 16-ounce cups out of it. With my older drip brewer, it took only four tablespoons. In exchange, the quality is *vastly* better, you can use almost any grounds, and after you've plunged it, the coffee stays excellent for at least an hour. Seems well worth it to me, but if your coffee budget is small, the higher consumption might be something to consider.

Awesome Coffee Worth it for sure!!!!
I hardly ever write reviews but wanted to help anyone who is debating whether to buy this or not so here it goes: After breaking our second Chemex we were on vacation and the Vrbo we were staying at had a stainless steel French press (it was old and we couldn’t figure out the brand). My wife commented on how great it was and it made really good coffee (she grew up in the coffee region of Colombia and knows about coffee!). So when we got home my search began to surprise her with a stainless steel French press. I will say after reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical and almost went with another brand. After reading everything ai could find I decided to go with the Espro in 32. She loved the aesthetics and we knew it was built to last. After reading the instructions on the site and some of the reviewers, I began to make some excellent cups of coffee! If you are hesitating don’t, it doesn’t disappoint! So this is long but wanted to address issues posted on here: yes you will get some coffee at the bottom but just pump and you will get every last drop (if you need it lol) It does keep coffee warm for a “reasonable amount of time not all morning!) Thriw it in the microwave if it’s been hours smh) We ended up getting the smaller one for during the week when on the run….Large makes 3-4 cups Small 2-3 so depending on the day (Large on the weekends) oh and we found no difference based on size. I would purchase this and it may seem a bit expensive but other than having to replace the filter this thing is indestructible and you will get your money’s worth over time. I hope this was helpful….I could go into what worked for us but this is long already I would definitely invest in a burr grinder and scale if you don’t have one and prepare to have amazing coffee everyday!

Wonderful Coffee
Oh my gosh, no coffee grounds in my cup! I love it! It keeps the coffee hot and it tastes wonderful! I don't like the taste of coffee when it is burned, and that is what the auto coffee makers are doing. This coffee is good enough to drink black.

White Espro7 18oz: a great upgrade with some trade offs
TLDR: hotter longer, much less grit, harder to clean, high minimum brew requirements, poor powder coat finish, great customer service. I bought this as an upgrade to my body glass French press. Overall it is a much better press. It’s hotter longer and the dual filters do a fantastic job. Before, at the end of my coffee, it was almost unbearable. It was like gritty sludge. It was like drinking dirt. Now with the espro 7, it’s much less, and what does get through is so fine, that I can drink the last drop. It’s hotter longer, but it’s not vacuum insulated. It stays hot for 1 hour, warm after another 30 minutes. After that its Luke warm. It’s harder to clean but not by much. With glass, I can just rinse and dump it out, set it to dry and it’s good to go. By comparison, the espro filters clean very easily. In fact, the long term maintenance is probably easier. But the stainless steel press doesn’t rinse as easily. It might still have some residue and require a brush on daily use. My biggest gripe about this is the high minimum requirements. I usually just brew enough to make one cup, but this requires 2 tablespoons of grounds and enough for 1 and a half cups of coffee. The way the filter is, it seems like more water gets trapped in the bottom, and that’s why it needs more water. It’s not a big deal, but I grind my beans each use, so it doubles my grinding time and consumes my beans faster. These are bigger and heavier than a glass press. My powder coat was chipped under the handle and even had some rust built up on it. I contacted the company directly and they’re sending me a new one free of charge. And I get to keep the old one! (which still works just fine) Also the lid is painted white, but it’s plastic and not a sturdy powder coat. It scuffs easily after just a couple days of use. I believe the stainless steel (no powder coat) option has a stainless steel lid. The video attached shows what very little grit does make it into the cup. The picture shows the grit stuck between the two filters. The second picture shows the chipped paint.

My Second ESPRO, and I Love It!
This new ESPRO I just got replaces the glass one that I had for several years now (I accidentally broke the glass). This steel one is sturdy, looks great and the double mesh filter system is why I have an ESPRO in the first place. And the insulation on this is amazing as it keeps my coffee hot for way longer than my old glass one.

Aero Press vs Espro P7
Aero Press vs Espro P7. So I bought both products but at different times. Aero Press I have been using for about 3 years or so. It’s great. Very easy to use, you buy these paper filters that fit easily at the bottom. Then put the container over a cup and push the plunger down. Can’t get much easier and as important the coffee is good to very good. Also, I would give the ease of cleaning up a Solid 10 !!! Why because you just unscrew the bottom piece counter clock wise and then put the coffee plunger over your garbage can and push the plunger all the way down. The coffee grounds and paper filter just drop out. Rinse the plunger and container and you are ready for another smooth cup of Joe. So Espro P7 is better at the amount of coffee pressed since it is 18 oz. The coffee is also good to very good. It’s easy to make also. But the clean up….. wow this is a sloppy cleanup. The plunger comes out but what is left behind is a wet, wet mess. No way does it come out easily in the garbage can. You have to either use multiple paper towels or rinse the container under the kitchen sink without getting the left over coffee grinds down the drain. No way Ray is that going to work. Bottom line buy the extra large Aero Press and enjoy a good to better cup of coffee with awesome clean up no fuss, no mess, no clogged drains. Just my opinion.

Hochwertiges Produkt
Die Karaffe ist ganz schön, aber trotz der doppelten Filterung bleibt feiner Satz im Kaffee zurück. Ich werde es mal mit den zusätzlichen Papierfiltern versuchen.

best coffee machine
it clears all the grains and leaves a real coffee flavour of the country of origin of the coffee. It doesn't hurt your stomach because it takes out all the coffee powder.

Heerlijke koffie zonder drab

Sadly, I found this cafetière wastes coffee because the fine filter stops the last of the brew from pouring out. I say sadly because, in all other respects, this is an excellent product. Very fine filter, excellent tight fitting lid, excellent insulation. But, alas, this wasn’t quite the right size for me.

Kick start your day with this beast ☕️
During a morning, a bunch of pirates tried to attack our ship. Whilst they were closing in on us, we started to brew a cup of coffee in this bad boy. Whilst the pirates were climbing unto our ship we hit them with this coffee brewing constructed tank. The pirates fell off en we still got to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. Really recommend this for defeating pirates and amazing coffee.
