Super amazing cream, not only for athletes, I have small children and I stopped using Desitin because it is not as fast and efficient against irritation as Okole. I ride road and mountain bikes. I'm over 70 yrs old. I've tried different methods of lubes, so far this is the best I've used. Got this idea from Bicycle magazine. I've used REI lubes. This lube works good right on the skin. So I'll continue to use this both indoors (spin class) and outdoors. Used this for the past week. So far so good.

Short term, meaning rides of 50 miles, or less; this product performs well. Have not been on any longer rides, so unable to comment on comfort and effectiveness, when involved with say; a CENTURY RIDE. Personally, I have not needed to apply a great amount to my "tender" areas, for the Okole Stuff, to be effective. Unlike some other items that I have used, Okole Stuff, is not as messy.

I used this repetitively throughout a 3,7000-mile, 2-month ride across the US. It really helped heal my bum when I slipped in the icy dirt during a roadside relief and got a lot of rocks/particles on my undercarriage when I was still 6 hours' ride away from a shower. First aid spray and Okole Stuff made continuing possible, and much more comfortable.

I have been using this product regularly for better than a month. A little goes a long way. It does what it says it will do. I have skipped occasionally and regretted the decision. The menthol stays around a little longer than I'd like, but the protection is incredible. Skip the undershorts, grab the "Stuff," and carry onward!

Working quite well for me. Not too greasy, a thin layer seems to do the trick. I have used this on hard rides up to 4 hours and even a 3 hour ride on the trainer without any chafing. I will buy it again when this jar runs out.
