just a few and soak them in tank water beforehand. or your fish will die

description says it's for tropical and marine fish. they are not for freshwater fish? not for goldfish? is it specific for bettas and not goldfish?

Can a little goldfish have these?

Yes bloodworms are like a beef for fish but flakes have more well rounded nutrients I give to my goldfish as a treat. Also, these bloodworms do not cloud the water.
