This is delicious! All the great flavor of balsamic vinegar but with the sweetness and thickness of a syrupy glaze. I immediately made a caprese salad (which is what I really wanted the glaze for) and used the glaze over the top - it looked like a cookbook photo with the glaze staying put on the tomatoes and mozarella - and the squeeze bottle made it possible to be artistic and make it look so appealing. My family ate the entire platter in no time - it was a huge hit.Can't wait to try this delicious glaze with other foods. Great product!

Listing says pack of six, so I ordered two packs. Basic math indicates that should be two packs of six for a total of twelve bottles. I only received two single bottles. Listing is incorrect and is false advertising. I would never buy 1 bottle for $37+, let alone two bottles for $75+. I have purchased this balsamic glaze before from my local store. Unfortunately, they no longer carry this item. This glaze is highly sought after, delicious, and can be used on many different foods.

This is, by far, one of my favorite balsamic glazes. It’s not too tart. The thickness is perfect for salads or pretty much anything you put it on. The squeeze top opening size allows the glaze to flow easily.

Oh my goodness! How amazing! A lot goes a long way!I had a catering job coming up and attempted to make the balsamic glaze. I cooked down 1 1/2 gallons of balsamic for 24 hours...and it only reduced in half, and started to burn. At 1am, I realized I was in trouble as I needed the glaze in 3 days. I desparately went on Amazon and found these 6 bottles! I received them the next day, and was so happy, I screamed.This is a great price for an awesome product. I even had 4 bottles left over to use for myself and other jobs.Hurray!You must purchase this balsamic glaze! You will love it like I do!Gabrielle

I was expecting a large bottle but got a bunch of small bottles. Its ok, i love this!! It is a requirement for homemade Caprese. Let me tell you, i had to make myself a glass of white wine and light some candles to be respectful to this glaze. It didn't feel right just drinking some juice. This glaze will keep me out of the italian restaurants for a while cause i can have my caprese at home. taste just like italy, started remembering the italian i learned a long time ago lol. Get this please, and trash anything claiming to be balsamic vinegar....unless a guy named alessandro from vincenza sends you a bottle from his family collection.

This balsamic glaze is delicious! To make your own is a very time consuming project (& sometimes deosen't turn out)- why waste your time when you can buy this at such a great price? Sweet & thick - awesome!
