Alright, let me tell you about these smart light bulbs I've had in my house for the past 7 years. They're absolute champs! I started with just a set, but now I've got them in every single regular light fixture in my house. They've become a staple. One thing I love about these bulbs is their reliability. They connect to your internet router, so even if the internet goes out, you can just flick the switch and they're back to normal. No need to mess around with reprogramming or anything like that. It's hassle-free, which I appreciate. Now, let's talk about the fun stuff—the colors! When you change the color on these bulbs, it seriously transforms the whole room. The brightness is on point, even when you're going for those vibrant hues. It adds such a cool vibe to any space. Sure, there's a bit of a learning curve when you first start using them, especially if you're not super tech-savvy. But honestly, it's nothing too complicated. Anyone can figure it out with a little bit of tinkering around. Overall, I can't recommend these smart light bulbs enough. They've been a game-changer in my house, and I wouldn't want to go back to regular old bulbs. If you're looking to add some versatility and excitement to your lighting setup, definitely give these a try.

I decided to try these as I had an LIFX bulb and wanted more but those have been totally unavailable for a while. Also a plus that you get several for the price of one of those. Although the app isn't as refined and has some quirks, these work perfectly, and have the separate color and white palettes like LIFX so can get the perfect warm white if you want. Can also do scheduling and automation. Setup was easy, there is just a caveat that after you flick it on and off 6 times to get into connection mode, it doesn't immediately start blinking so you tend to think you didn't do it right and click it more. Also note that these are 2.4Ghz only (they are inexpensive so just use an ESP8266 module for wifi), so people having problems may only have a 5Ghz wireless access point.

They connect in smartapp but dont stay connected when power is removed. They reset constantly requiring pairing again. Physical dimmer switch when lowered to minimum caused irractic behavior. I had 4 bulbs in parallel on two separate circuits. Each circuit has one switch with a physical dimmer. On each of the circuits, when the last bulb in smartapp is selected off, the bulbs would misbehave and come right back on. This behavior occurred on both circuits. I have an eero mesh wifi network. Signal strength is strong in the room. I have a brand from a different company in one of my bedrooms but the other brand functions properly in smartapp so I have ruled out smartapp unable to handle 4 bulbs at a time. I am returning and trying a different brand. The colors and brightness were excellent on these and had the connection and other power on, and low voltage/current issues not existed on these, they would have been great. My order was for the 8 piece set. My suspicion is that a single bulb may work fine but when multiple bulbs are used, they conflict with each other. I also suspect they cannot handle a physical dimmer switch as the low power condition causes the bulbs to think they are seeing the "on off on off on off reset" request to start the pairing procedure. I could understand the physical dimmer switch causing issues. However, the other power issues tell me there could be software or design issues with these bulbs.

Update, two years later: Three of 16 of the bulbs have failed in two years' time and a 4th is starting to fail. Two just stopped coming on one day. The third would flicker and show incorrect colors before failing. The 4th is doing the same thing. All of the lights that failed were in recessed fixtures so I think that heat probably was a factor. Overall they have been good value for what I paid for them. They are about twice as much as they were when I purchased them 2 years old. When I start replacing them I will most likely look for another brand. Most of these cheaper smart bulbs are about the same. These have adjustable white light and the colors are decently bright. They are easy to set up and you can use other apps other than the recommended one on the box. The only problem I have run into with them is that Google is very picky about telling them what to do. For example, you can't tell them to be a color and expect them to just turn on. You have to command these bulbs specifically to turn on. I have some other bulbs that you can just order a color to and they automatically turn on. Likewise they don't like to do multiple actions at once. You need to specifiy what bulbs needs to do what. I think this is probably an issue with Google more than the bulbs, as Alexa doesn't seem to do it. Overall decent bulbs.

These are higher lumens than most RGB LED bulbs sold here but at a better price especially if you buy them by the pack. The Smart Life app doesn't have all the options the Philips HUE app has but I was able to link 8 bulbs to the app and group them to their brightness and color all at once very easily. I only wish there was a way to specify the exact Kelvin temperature in the white color as that would be really useful for photography work but I've only seen that ability within apps for professional lights. The colors are rich and the bulbs get very bright. To the reviewer who called these crap, I can only guess that you got a suspect batch or didn't set them up correctly as these are definitely not regular bulbs or crap. I've tried Hue and Sengled and these are cheaper and brighter than either. I really like that I don't need a hub like with Hue lights.

Muy buenos focos, en mi caso al configurar los el primero no tarde nada pero los otros fue un poco mas lento, en la descripción dice que son el equivalente a 100W pero lo dudo ya que lo compare con uno de equivalente real y a mi percepción iluminaba mas el que si era equivalente a 100W. Pero todo lo demás muy bien
