I seriously almost paid an HVAC person a few hundred dollars. And this product save me so much money. Moved into a new house and after turning the furnace on, I could hear the super loud irritating sound from an entire floor above the furnace room. I assessed that it was the pump that was going out and I ordered this on Amazon, then crossed my fingers. After a quick YouTube of how to replace it. I honestly had this fixed in about 15 minutes and the old one removed/the new one installed. Pro: Super quiet So easy to install Seems to be the same quality as the one that was professionally installed before The pump works much smoother than my previous one I don’t see any drips and water retention seems to work wonderfully Con: I think I wish it came with a couple zip ties to re-fasten the plug plug-in/water outlet pipe. I wish it came with another plug to cover the holes that are not used on the top just to keep more bugs and dust out of the pump Honestly, a really great product for a great price! This thing saved me like $350 versus hiring an HVAC person to come swap it out…

[60+ year old female] I bought this Condensate pump to replace the one that was installed with the H-vac 20+ years ago. After checking with local businesses and the prices being $100+, I decided to order from Amazon instead. I bought this Little Giant for half of what I would have paid from the local businesses, and I'm very pleased with it. Easy to install and use but most of all does a great job. I would definitely recommend this pump if you're looking for a new one.

Much better design than my old one. This uses a plastic float for the pump, and a separate foam float for the high level switch. This creates a mechanical and electrical redundancy in the design. My old one used a single foam float that eventually got waterlogged (10+ years) and did raise enough to trigger the pump or high level switch. Also, this kit comes with a good amount of tubing and is quiet.

This pump arrangement offers a turnkey solution to a problem I have been avoiding for years. Overall, it is a well thought out system which allows for easy installation, and the pump operates quietly and efficiently. For those who are contemplating the addition of a condensate pump system, I can offer these observations; I was shocked at how much moisture a relatively new furnace puts out. From looking at the drip line, I thought for years it was only a cupful a day. I was wrong. When you combine the amount given off by the furnace with the huge quantity produced in hot weather with high humidity by the air conditioner, you have a big moisture issue which can lead to mold and mildew, as well as attract insects and tree roots. Features: This pump is a self contained system which is simple to mount and operate. The internal float allows for automatic operation, and there is also an additional overflow switch which can be hooked to an alarm for overflow conditions. The top half rests on the mounted reservoir without the need for screws or latches. To mount, you simply position the bottom reservoir and drill 2 holes. The box must be relatively level for good float operation. As far as dislikes, one minor complaint would be capacity; had I been more aware of the amount of water the furnace put off, I might have searched for something a little larger, but the nice thing is that the compact size makes for convenient mounting. My biggest complaint is the quality of the reservoir, which is made from a type of plastic that I feel may be a bit brittle for this application. The mounting ears seem like the weak point, as they are built in to the brown reservoir. All of this might be academic except for the fact that the unit will require cleaning from time to time. This means popping the top portion away from the bottom, and likely flexing those little mounting ears each time. Overall, this is a neat, self-contained system that solves a problem at low cost and effort.

Very easy to set up. The instructions are straightforward and well written. I use it on my dehumidifier, and all I needed was a connection piece to the dehumidifier, and it was good to go. Instead of draining to the dehumidifier bucket, it goes to the pump reservoir and when it gets full it automatically empties. No more dumping the bucket. Seems to be well built and the design is small enough to stay out of the way. It is on the louder side but runs for a couple of secs so not a big deal. So far so good.

Wish I’d have known about this little pump sooner. I had been dumping 5 gallon buckets of condensate from my furnace and A/C for two years. It empties fast and the capacity is about half a gallon. It has a lengthy power cord and comes with 20 ft of vinyl tubing. It is quiet for a pump but putting a rubber sound damper underneath makes it even quieter.

We had a portable air conditioner that was requiring draining far too frequently to be practical. Who is waking up in the middle of the night to drain the AC? This ended up being our solution! We had the portable AC slightly elevated and ran the tubing from the drain into the pump. We did keep the pump in a bucket as a safety measure. Now the pump goes off as needed we have it set up to drain out the window. A bit of a pain to set up, but much cheaper than replacing an AC.

My furnace condensate pump failed and I needed a replacement asap. I quickly looked at the inventory online of local shops, and decided to save the headache and have one delivered. Within 24hrs I had it installed. Only took 15 minutes to install. Simple 2 wires to connect, mount it, cut the tubing, plug it in and fill the reservoir to test. (It took four 8 ounce glasses to fill. ) I discovered that I needed a 3/8 coupling that I had to purchase separately for under $5. The instructions mention not using metal hose clamps, they recommend zip ties, ( also not included. ) Love that I didn't have to run across town to grab a pump. My last pump lasted 30 years. I don't expect anything made today to compare, but I'm satisfied with the product. The pump is audible when it's running, but I'd rather hear it and know it's working.

This is a wonderful little pump, that I so desperately needed after my earlier pump had given up the ghost after quite a few years. Easy install , good quality good price, would recommend.

Product was delivered promptly and as advertised. Relatively easy to install for anyone who understands basic wiring, or can read and follow instructions. Quiet operation and so far, working well after one week in 40° weather and AC running continuously.
