Nice recipes, good ideas, easy to follow and all in a relax way. Simple food with every day ingredients. Nothing fancy.

He's done it again - a great book full of quick, exciting receipes. definately one worth looking at!

First saw on pbs, bought companion book, stolen

I bought this book as a gift for my 14 year old grandson who is taking food tech as one of his school subjects. Ainsley's instructions are not complicated to follow and my grandson has done two of the recipes with great success. He has had requests for repeats. (cheeky tikka masala and naans for those of you who might like to know)
