I do not what happened but i wanted to lose a bit of weight fast for an upcoming wedding. I started taking these a few weeks in advance and followed the regime. All i can say is that i blew up like a balloon in an inordinately short space of time.BEWARE of products like this which promise the world and give you hell!!Just eat less if you feel you cant excerise more!
