Very convenient, easy to use, well-constructed
I install window coverings as a business, so I figured this would help facilitate my job. For years I carried two portable drills (one for drilling pilot holes, another for driving screws), and this was fine, but I swapped between drills hundreds of times for any given job, and the "other" drill wasn't always within arm's reach. This can be extra inconvenient and tiresome when I'm up on really tall ladders (and I don't like the feel of a belt/holsters for carrying a couple drills up and down due to weight, and the risk of dropping a drill and damaging a customer's home). This Twist-Lok drill and driver has really improved efficiency, as I'm not carrying 2 drills around and having to swap back and forth. Time saved and a bit less fatigue from going up and down step ladders are good things!I was glad I was able to use my own existing drill and driver bits, and not some proprietary or special kind of bits.Easy to fit into my existing drill, and easy to use. Also well-constructed to last for years.I didn't give 5 stars because the "shank" seems longer than it needs to be. It needs some room to "go over" the drill bit, but especially in my case where 1" drill depth is more than enough, I wish the driver bit holder could be much shorter. At the current length, it adds an overall 6.5" to the tip of the driver, which can make for awkward usage (my hands aren't as steady as they used to be, so unless I'm at workbench working height, holding the drill an extra 6.5" away from the working object -- which is usually over my head -- adds a bit of fatigue to my hands/arms). Looking down the hollow shaft of the driver bit-holder (which goes over the drill bit), there is easily room to shorten the shaft by 2" and still not hit my drill bit, but maybe that's just me -- but then I've never needed 3-3.5" deep pilot holes for anything. Maybe I'll try looking for a lighter/shorter drill (currently using Ryobi 18V cordless with Li-Ion batteries). In summary, a very good investment, and a good addition to my toolbox. I would recommend it as a time-saver for applications similar to my own. For some applications where having 2 drills within arm's reach is feasible and you don't have a free hand to swap the business end from drilling to driving (e.g. wood-working on a bench), this tool has less of a benefit.

A true drill driver
I have a number of drill drivers but hated having to stop to change the setup. With this it takes only seconds to go from drilling to driving.

Great Gadget
Wow! I love this gadget, so easy to use, the only flaw I find is that I have small hands, so it makes my drill heavy, but I like it so much I will work with it
