my phone didn't had any damage. I replaced it my self. and I can't make phone calls it tells me it doesn't have signal I think that the LCD was incomple. can't return it because when I pushed it in the case the LCD broke :(. the screen turns on and I use the internet but can't make phone calls with the phone ;( and it was very expensive for my phone not to work I don't recommend if you are not a professional.
