Excellent tri-ply stainless pan – powerful performance if you know how to use it
The 30 cm tri-ply version is the real deal. This is a proper stainless-steel pan. It’s not the most forgiving bit of kit and does have its own “rituals”, but if you know what you’re doing, it punches well above its price. It also looks great and is ideal for anyone who needs a large, high-capacity pan for bigger dishes. Pros • Excellent heat distribution • No warping or deformation • Easy to clean (as stainless should be) • Dishwasher-friendly • Solid, professional feel Cons • The handle is a little slim – fine for most hands, but those with bigger hands might notice it Neither good nor bad • It’s very heavy – reassuringly so, but worth mentioning About stickiness For sauces and liquid-based dishes, it’s straightforward. For searing, you must preheat properly and use a high-smoke-point oil. Get the pan to working temperature and you’ll be fine. Skip that step and things will stick. That said, if you sear meat, remove it, and then deglaze with wine or stock, you’ll get an excellent gravy assuming you haven’t turned anything into charcoal. Final thoughts If you’re getting into cooking and want a toxic-free, durable, dishwasher-safe pan, stainless steel is your friend. And this particular one is an excellent example.

Great pan at this price point!
Great quality tri-ply pan, especially at this price! Weight is good and it looks good quality. There isn't any "Amazon basic" branding on it, if that matters to you, regardless of the photos. Only had it and been using it for a week, so can't talk to it's long term durability, but I don't currently have any worries. No, it's not non-stick, and I don't want to talk down to anyone, but it's just as good as any other stainless steel pan I've had. If you pre-heat it properly and use an adequate amount of fat it's just fine. The heat distribution is perfect, and it fits in a standard sized UK oven too which is a must for me. At this price, I'd definitely get this over a made-in, procook, etc. Just be weary that the smaller size pans aren't tri-ply, but instead have a bonded base.

Well made pan at a reasonable price
I was unsure about stainless steel frying pans but was fed up of non-sticks that lost their coating after just 2 or 3 years of use. I followed the directions on Youtube about pre-heating the pan before adding oil and allowing the food to release naturally it works, no sticking. There are a few burn marks occasionally but they come off with some brillo pad action. I've used this every day for a week now cooking everything from steaks to curries to fish fillets as well as fried and scrambled eggs. How well it lasts long term, I don't know, but if I get 3 years out of it, it will be a win. Anything longer will be a bonus. It certainly looks like it should last. EDIT: After 3 months of daily use I've had a couple of mii disasters with burned-on oil/food etc. All down to my own inattention, not really the pans fault. The good news is that some determined scrubbing with the brillo pad has brought it up shining each time. It is definitely more effort to clean but, used properly, it is a joy to cook with. Just don't get distracted!

Definitely delivers
Given the price I've paid (prime day) I was doubting it's quality. First impression was that it's very well designed and sturdy. It weights 1.6kg, which makes it very heavy but that's what I was hoping. Debuted it frying eggs, going through the process of heating the pan till I get the Leidenfrost effect before oiling it. It worked wonders and I managed to have the eggs dancing. Tried it again later to grill sirloin steaks and again had an excellent result. It heats up really quickly, much quicker than my cast iron skillet, but it still manages to retain the heat for a very long time. It's not very easy to clean, but I was aware of it and that's the trade off when compared to non-stick pans. Very satisfied and impressed with the quality.

Very sticky pan. Everything you fry on it gets burnt
Terrible products. Everything you fry on it gets burnt. It’s sticky. I won’t recommend as non-sticky at all. I won’t recommend at all. Just over a month and the whole pan set is looking like I have had them for years

My go-to pan.
I use this pan every day. I don't think twice about reaching for it when I want to cook just about anything. It's truly a do-it-all pan, and it does-it-all very well. Living in an apartment with a standard electrical hob, I was getting frustrated at the poor heat distribution of the rings when using a standard non-stick pan (even some of the nicer ones). So I decided to opt for something with a little more thermal mass. As I cook a lot of curries and tomato-based dishes, cast iron just wasn't going to be suitable. So I took a gamble not his stainless steel frying pan and have not regretted it. If you know what you're doing, and use a suitable amount of oil, it's possible to cook just about anything in this, including eggs without them sticking. Additionally, it manages to even out the majority of the heat spots my electric hob produces, giving much more even cooking. I've also found that because of its thermal mass it manages to keep the temperature a lot more even over time, allowing you to simmer with ease for long periods without having to obsess over the dials. I've used this is the oven too, for a variety of dishes, and it works a real treat. Just don't forget not to grab the handle when you pull it out... a mistake I've made far too many times. For even more versatility it's easily paired with a standard stainless steel lid from a kitchen supply store. I don't know what I'd do without this pan now that I have it, and I'll likely be using it for decades to come. I have noticed absolutely no flaws in its construction, and there is no warping after many months of vigorous use.

Excellent pans for every day use
These pans are brilliant. I was looking for non toxic stainless steel that weren't overpriced and these really fit the bill. They're lightweight but sturdy, really durable and with good heat distribution. If used properly, they clean very easily. Frying capacity depends on the size but the edges are nice and tall so you can make a decent scrambled egg even oit of the small one. As for sticking, there's no nonstick coating so things can occasionally stick if the pan is used improperly. That said, I make eggs on these and rarely run into sticking issues.

Gordon Ramsay would use this pan!!!! A +++
Amazon, you did it again! I highly recommend this pan!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. So, I reluctantly tried this Amazon Basics brand pan knowing how important it is to get a good professional stainless steel pan. I was getting ready to pay over $100 for a pan but thought, well I’ll try Amazon’s pan. And I’m so glad I did! I compiled the video and photos of using this pan this entire last week. I wanted to use it over and over again and get a good feel for it before giving my review. This pan is a heavy (not too heavy), solid A+ high class pan! No need to spend over $100 on a good pan when this one will do just fine. In fact, this is a good pan l. Thank you Amazon. If you are new to using a stainless steel pan, it’s important to note the differences between a stainless steel pan and that of a nonstick pan. I decided to switch because I’ve been hearing so many bad things even about the best of nonstick pans I try to live healthy. It was important that I went back to the stainless steel pan even though honestly it is just a bit more of a hassle to take care of the pan. But in the scheme of things, three more minutes of taking the time to properly clean, your pan is completely worth the benefits, especially health benefits. And of course, there are many other benefits of owning a stainless steel pan. This pan does not come with a lid. But I do use a lid from other pots and pans I have so that works. Please keep in mind the following things that are important to note in using and caring for your pan. I personally suggest you watch some YouTube videos on the subject. But hopefully I can share a few things with you to get you started if you’re new to stainless steel pans. 1. It’s important to always cook your food on the lowest heat. With a nonstick pan you can start your heat at five or six or even go up to 10 on the heat and be fine with cooking your food but with a stainless steel pan you must cook your things on extreme low heat. The metal conducts the heat at a higher level than another pan.. So I never ever, ever! Put my pan higher than medium low (or about a number 4). 2. This part is really important… You need to turn your pan on low like number one or two and let it sit and heat up for 2 minutes BEFORE adding any kind of oil or butter to your pan. This part is extremely important because this part is what’s going to cause your pan to become nonstick as a stainless steel pan. Heating your pan up first allows the metal to expand and causes a more flat surface where if you add your oil and then heat up your pan, the oil gets trapped into the very microscopic parts / pores of your pan. It’s hard to explain so I suggest you watching a video on it. But this part is so important probably the most important thing that you should know to heat your pan up for at least two minutes before adding your oil or butter. By the way, I don’t usually ever use butter in cooking food. I use eitherbacon grease, duck fat, chicken, fat, coconut oil, peanut oil, or olive oil. 3. When you’re finished cooking with your pan, take an empty jar and pour the cooking oil residue in it. Place your pan on a towel, wipe your pan out if you’re able to with a few paper towels to pick up the excess debris, and then pour hot water in your pan. Perhaps a couple of cups of hot water. Just cover the surface. Let’s sit for one minute. And Walla, you just take a spatula and every bit of it comes up. I pour this greasy water into the jar as well because I don’t wanna put anything greasy down my sink. I save all the jars that I buy from the store and wash them out for this very purpose. 4. You can wash your pan with a scrub brush and some hot soapy water, but I first use a little bit of powder scrub (my favorite brand I highly recommend is Bar Keepers Friend). I noticed if I don’t use the powder scrub on my pan it will look clean at first, but then it will have cloudy spots on it when it dries. This eliminates the cloudy spots and makes your pan look absolutely brand new!

Buenas y sólida
Buena sartén y buen funcionamiento, es complicado trabajar con ella y que no se pegue, pero la durabilidad de la misma calle la pena el tiempo de atendimiento.
