Great Taste and Effective
Great taste. Effective in reducing cholesterol, benefits after 2 weeks. Sprinkle on breakfast, once a day. A pleasant sweetness about it. Much better than the tablets.

Easy and pleasant to use
This is a fine powder with a neutral taste which can be added to anything you want without it changing the flavour of your food. Personally I take it at breakfast in porridge or pancakes. I am taking it for high cholesterol however I have to wait a couple of months for another test so cannot comment just yet on its effectiveness.

Easy To Use
I haven't seen the effects on my cholesterol levels yet, but I find it easy to incorporate the powder into my routine by mixing it with yogurt or sprinkling it on my breakfast cereal.

Versitile
This plant stenols come in powder form which I can easily add to food. Good value for size and good quality. Have purchased again.

Good in shakes
I am using this for a week now in my shakes mixed with collagen and other powder supplements. I tend to empty my capsules supplements into a shake and blend them together. I will use for at least three months before getting my blood work done again to compare any improvements in cholesterol levels. I am a big fan of plant sterols and they are a good addition to my daily intake.

Mixes poorly
Mixes in to tea/coffee really badly

Not working for me
Unfortunately I have been taking the cholesterol support formula for 8 weeks, I had a test done last week and my g.p. has told me my cholesterol has increased. So now back on the steroids which I don't want. I'm disappointed 😔
