I wear size 10-1/2 in Timberland. I purchased them in Sept. 2020. They fit perfect. I never notice that it had two size chats.

Size 9 is about. 42-42.5 in euro size. They overlap a bit versus us

Yes, Timberlands typically run big . So if you're a 9.5 go to a 9 ! Or put in a comfortable insole like I did because I didn't go a half size down .
