Recommended and Affordable Brand!
Pro: Exactly as described and very convenient for a quick thickening option for gravy, dredging fish, chicken, eggplant, etc. when I'm cooking our meals for one or two of us. It's easy to dispense and the containers are cardboard and easy to hold. The "better by date" stamp is March 17, 2025, which is 8 months from now. I'm happy with the purchase! Con: None for me. If you have a large dinner party/family, you might prefer a larger quantity of flour for economy, but this is perfect for me.

We love Wondra for cooking. It is perfect for light dusting of fish or chicken. It is perfect for making gravy and sauces. The can had a shaker or an opening for pouring. Easy to use. Wondra is not in the food stores close to me so getting it delivered was the best. I will be back again and again, as the price is perfect!

Yeah, yeah, I can make my thickening slurries with all-purpose flour or corn starch, but I also like using Wondra. Besides, it's my kitchen - wadda ya gonna do about it?
