PUR Gum, Spearmint, Xylitol Gum, No Artificial Flavor, 55 Count

This PUR Spearmint gum gets five stars from me. The spearmint flavor is really good and refreshing, but the only downside is the flavor doesn’t last super long compared to regular gum. Still, I bought this more for the cleaner ingredients than anything else since it fits into my current health journey and I wanted something aspartame-free. The gum has a little outer shell coating on it, but it’s still soft and easy to chew. It’s not hard or weirdly crunchy or anything like that. The family-size bag is also nice because it’s easy to throw in your car, backpack, or wherever without taking up a ton of space. Plus the resealable zipper bag helps keep it fresh. If you’re trying to avoid a bunch of chemicals and want a cleaner chewing gum option, this is definitely worth trying. I’d buy it again.

I've tried many sugar-free chewing gums, but these from PUR pleasantly surprised me. The spearmint flavor is fresh and enjoyable without being too strong. I also love that they're sweetened with xylitol and don't contain aspartame. The pouch is convenient for carrying in your purse, car, or office, and it contains a good amount of pieces. They're perfect for freshening your breath after meals or throughout the day.

This review is for PUR Gum | Aspartame Free Chewing Gum | 100% Xylitol | Natural Spearmint Flavored Gum, 55 Pieces (Pack of 3). I got 2 of the 3-pack at the time because it was cheaper to do so than to get a 6-pack. Of course, the next day the 6-pack was cheaper lol. Anyway, this is great xylitol gum and not overly expensive like Zellie’s. I take 2 (which is one serving meaning 2g of xylitol) after “most” meals because it’s supposed to be good for my oral health. I chew one piece at a time for a couple minutes to prolong the sweet flavor instead of popping both into my mouth together. I like chewing these because they don’t harden up like some gums do. They stay soft throughout and I often forget and chew them for 15-20 minutes at a time. Anyway, I did the math and compared the PUR gum to other 100% xylitol gums out there and this one was a clear winner to me for the same benefits. I would totally recommend this gum and I like that it’s aspartame free! I’d give it a 5.0/5.0 - 03/20/2026.

I rounded to 4 stars but I would give it more of a 3.8. Ive been trying different sugar free gums so I can have something to munch on while Im fasting for 20 hours (warrior diet) and so far pur has been my favorite. What I like about it is the intense shock of mint flavor when I first take a bite, it leaves me feeling satisfied and refreshed. If you are someone who only needs to chew gum for about 30 minutes then this is for you. What I dont like about this gum is that the flavor doesn't last. Yes you can say the same for all gum but the duration on this is much shorter. I would say 5-10 mins tops. I also don't love how soft it gets after chewing for 20 + minutes. It doesnt beat say on orbit in flavor duration and chewability but out of the other similar (healthier) alternatives this is my favorite by far.

Long lasting delicious flavor. This gum has zero harmful chemicals according to yuka so is a healthy alternative to other gum products. Fast delivery and cheap price. I will continue to order this quality product!!!

Love this gum, no aspartame, no artificial coloring and good taste, you get used to chewing it for a long time, the taste goes away little faster than traditional gums but I don't care

The gum has a powerful peppermint taste – very refreshing. The flavor lasts a long time. The main reason that I bought this gum is because it has 100% xylitol. Xylitol helps fight plaque buildup. I have only had the product one day, so I can't say that it works, but I read many reports before I bought the gum that xylitol is excellent for fighting plaque buildup. It also has no sugar. It's vegan and it has only five calories per two pieces. I have so far only chewed one piece at a time. One piece seems plenty for me. I've read that people need from six to ten grams of xylitol per day to effectively fight plaque. So, this gum needs to be chewed accordingly. Many people chew after every time they eat. I am happy with this purchase.

Fine taste but small pieces that loose flavor quick. I go through gum too fast and was using a bag every few days. Pricey for the amount I go through.

Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass diese Kaugummis wirklich mit die beste Alternative zu herkömmlichen (ungesunden) Kaugummis sind. Kommentare bzgl. "Geschmack verfliegt zu schnell" kann ich wirklich null nachvollziehen. Finde sogar genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Wirken sehr frisch bzw. intensiv und dieser Geschmack hält für ein Kaugummi sogar recht lange an. Es ist denke ich auch logisch, dass Geschmack in Form eines Kaugummis auch nicht unendlich halten kann und irgendwann verfliegt bzw. "ausgekaut" ist. Die neuen Wrigley's EXTRA Spearmint (NEU) zuckerfrei Kaugummi's schneiden zum Vergleich dagegen überhaupt nicht gut ab. Viel zu hart und diese verlieren tatsächlich bereits nach 2 Minuten völlig den Geschmack. Ganz klares Pro: Natürlich ohne Aspartam etc! Mein Favorit ist "Spearmint" gefolgt von Peppermint. Auch bestellt habe ich mir "Coolmint", wo ich allerdings sagen muss, dass diese Sorte völlig zum abgewöhnen ist und eher an Listerine Mundwasser Geschmack erinnert. Aber klar, ist Geschmacksache. Den Preis finde ich auch ok. Ganz klar zu empfehlen.

Chicles de muy buena calidad. El sabor a menta es fresco y agradable, no resulta demasiado fuerte y duran bastante. Me gusta que sean sin azúcar y una alternativa más saludable para el día a día.

Unfortunately, I only received one pouch of the gum instead of the full pack. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. The gum is great quality and I highly recommend it if you can buy it elsewhere, just not here.

Fijn dat er een kauwgom is met bijna 100% xylitol, de smaak gauw weg, maar in ieder geval goed voor je gebit.
