Great quality packaging as well as great value for money. Easy to swallow and make sure you eat before taking this vitamin it lasts a long time and it gives me a lot of energy and the ingredients are great too they are easy to use and i would order them again .

Instant benefits especially to helping the puffiness around my bunion. Apparently that's down to the K2 I have been using 2 at a time tho.. Will probably settle down to one pill eventually

I had not realised how much D3 was in these so I just take one every second day now to avoid any possibility of taking too much. I know that the 4000IU is displayed but I didn't know the recommended amount is 400 - 1000 IU only.
