Good product for back care
I bought this item to help with hip pain, which it did help.It is very hard and unforgiving though, so be prepared to work with it.Useful videos explain exactly what to do for various parts of the back, neck, hips, legs, etc.Definitely worth the money if you are prepared to put in a bit of effort!

Roller is fantastic for releasing muscle pain it really gets into the muscles and although painfull releases them 100% would recommend.

Inner tubing breaks
If you actually need to use this don’t buy it as the inner tubing breaks pretty much straight away and it ends up in landfill. This is based off of buying a few (and returning as they always broke within the first 30 days with exception of the last one I bought because I wasn’t really using it it lasted past the 30 days so I could no longer return it). I’m a healthy weight so it’s not an overload thing. They are just not fit for purpose. I had one from the sane company that lasted for years that worked great so was hoping to buy the same as the tension of the product on the muscles is spot on but they must have changed the inner tubing.

Good, cheap but short lifespan. Environmental impact?
I purchased this roller and it’s initially really great. It’s got a good range of ‘nobbles’ to get into different muscles. However after 3 or 4 months of pretty standard use all the plastic inside cracked and the roller has collapsed. I can’t complain too much as the product is cheap. However, given the current crisis with waste plastics I’d rather have a product with greater longevity and not have to throw another plastic item away. I contacted the seller to ask if this short life span is to be expected or if they if it’s a product they can guarantee but they haven’t been able to respond to me. If your at all bothered by your environmental footprint, I’d suggest paying a little more for something more substantial or guaranteed to last. Cheers.
