is this a product of the USA? one I presently take is a product of China 'fraid not eco friendly

Where is the product sourced from? I know it is manufactured in the US. Another brand started sourcing from China & quality is poor. Want replacement.

As with all raw materials, each batch of ingredients received by Pure Encapsulations is tested upon reception for identity, potency (if applicable) and contaminants, which can include heavy metals, residual solvents, allergens, pesticide residues and others depending on ingredient and level of risk.

Does this have a taste if mixed with just water?

The Pure Encapsulations - Inositol (Powder) may be mixed in water. This does not have a taste to it.
